Points for reviews are awarded regardless of whether the review is positive or negative. Only customers who bought the product can review it.

In the rewards window you swap your points for a code. Free cans: put your favourites in the cart and the code makes them free (4 cans: any single cans, no bundles or 500 g boxes; bundle: 10 cans per flavour). Cans, bundle and free shipping combine with volume pricing, the €40 discount does not.

Points expire after 12 months without an order or redemption.

Terms of participation

Who can take part

End customers of legal age with a customer account at siberia.de can take part. Creating the account automatically enrolls you. Participation is free of charge. Retailer and business accounts (B2B) are excluded.

Earning points

  • Purchases: 1 point per euro of merchandise value, excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs. The points are credited as soon as the order has shipped. If an order is canceled or returned, the points for it are deducted again.
  • Creating a customer account: 20 points, one time only.
  • Newsletter: 40 points, one time only, as soon as you have confirmed your subscription by email.
  • Product review: 20 points, or 30 points with a photo or video, for no more than 2 reviews within 30 days. Only customers who have purchased the product can leave a review. Points are awarded for every approved review, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
  • Refer a friend: Your friend gets €2.50 off their first order with an order value of €25 or more. You get 100 points as soon as that order has been received.
  • Birthday: 40 points on your birthday if the date is stored in your profile.
  • Following on Instagram: 10 points, one time only.

Redeeming points

  • From 100 points upward, you can exchange points for a discount code, in steps of 50 points: 50 points equal a €1.25 discount, so 100 points equal €2.50, 200 points €5 and 400 points €10.
  • For 120 points, you get a code for free shipping.
  • A discount code is valid for one order and cannot be combined with the volume discount or other discounts. Points and discounts cannot be paid out in cash.

Expiry

Points expire if you have neither placed an order nor redeemed points for 12 months.

Miscellaneous

Points are not transferable. Points may be canceled in the event of misuse. We may change or end the rewards program with reasonable notice; you can then still redeem points you have already collected until the end of the notice period.
